Please note, the PHRG's remit is limited to

political and civil rights violations and related matters

outside of the United Kingdom.

Individuals living in the United Kingdom:

Those wishing to raise concerns about an international human rights matter

are strongly advised to contact their constituency MP directly,

in accordance with Parliamentary protocol.

To find out who your MP is,

visit www.theyworkforyou.com and enter your postcode.

Raising a concern with your MP also helps to further the PHRG’s aim

of raising the profile of international human rights within the UK Parliament.

If they wish, your MP can directly request the assistance of the PHRG.

Please note that because the PHRG does not have the resources to do so,

it is rarely able to work directly with members of the public.

Human rights NGO representatives, human rights defenders

and/or victims of human rights abuses in another country:

Please email the PHRG Co-ordinator/Legal Advisor at appghumanrights@gmail.com

The PHRG Chair, Fabian Hamilton MP, can be contacted at fabian.hamilton.mp@parliament.uk

The PHRG is particularly keen to hear from grassroots organisations and

their representatives who wish to raise human rights concerns in specific countries.

Please bear in mind that whilst the PHRG undertakes work on

a range of countries and human rights issues outside of the UK (and EU more generally),

capacity constraints mean that your communication may not be acknowledged

or receive a response right away, or your concern taken further.
